Once done, you can interact with the blackboard that will list 10 exotics that you need to be collecting for that day. The list of exotic cars will reset every 24 hours (real life). It's advisable to use a flying vehicle or Mk2 Oppressor to scout around the southern part of the city first before going towards the north. For the exotic cars that you've found far away, you can choose to call your Cargobob to lift up and deliver your exotic car to the docks which will make it really fast and convenient.
Each exotic vehicle being delivered will give you $20,000 + less than a bar LS Car Meet rep and if you complete the full list you will get a nice reward of $100,000.
In addition, it's advisable to use Expanded Map instead of the normal small one and Hide all Map Blip Options for jobs and series to avoid disruptions while focusing on the minimap to look for exotic vehicles to spawn. If you're able to deliver 10 exotic vehicles in a day, you will get the Pro Car Exporter Award in GTA 5 Online.
