This video will show you how to get the NEW Biker Jacket in GTA 5 Online which is added by Rockstar in the new Adversary Mode (Judgement Day) if you play as the Rider. I just don't know why Rockstar can't just add these cool jackets in the Clothing store for everybody to get.

However, there's a method to get this biker jacket as per video which will require you to be a GTA+ member and then equip the Black Baggy Hoodie, then set the Hoodie to Up from interaction menu, close interaction menu then equip the GTA+ Pumpkin Hoodie, then just enter any car and you'll get the Biker Jacket which you have to save as an outfit for future use. Also, Non GTA+ members will be getting Pumpkin Hoodie as well somewhere in November 2022, so they will be able to get this rare jacket as well if Rockstar Games do not patch this method.
