UPDATE: For the Believer Caps Rewards, you actually need to snap pictures of all 26 UFOs. UFO 4th, 7th and 9th have been unlocked for everyone by Rockstar.
UFO has been spotted today near Paleto Bay which spawn location number 1 between 10PM to 4AM in game time. The rest of the spawn locations are as per map, any changes will be updated on this page from time to time.

UFOs Event Rewards:
1. UFO Believe Caps
If you managed to snap 26 UFO pictures, you'll get the Gray, Black and Glow Believe Caps.
2. UFO Boxers (Male & Female)
If you get abducted by any of the UFOs (only applicable during last 3 days of the event), you'll get the Gray and Glow Boxers.
