1) 420 Smoking Jacket & Green Pastel Smoking Jacket
Although, there's no mention of how to unlock the 420 Smoking Jacket from Tez2's Twitter, it's 4/20 and there's a possibilty that we could unlock them by doing any of the missions above. Official method to get them will be updated here once we get official info from Rockstar Newswire.
2) High Flyer Chute Bag
Just by Logging in to GTA 5 Online from Apr 20th - 26th will allow you to unlock the High Flyer Chute Bag (Parachute)
3) Sprunk Varsity Jacket, Cap & Chute Bag
